June 22, 2021 Event Updates

Our event on June 22, 2021, raised $24,285 for local Hastings charities! Can you believe it!? We sure can! What an incredible and collaborative effort from all of you! Of course, we had a little help from Carlson Capital Management's Women's Initiative who championed our Above & Beyond giving with $3,000 in matching funds.

We are humbled and honored to bring together giving women in our community like you. May the ripple effect of your generosity be felt by many! We are all making an impact right here in Hastings and it feels so good!  Members donated feminine products at the event.  This supply drive benefitted Hastings Family Service & the Lewis House and drew an outstanding response from our members! The tables were full!

A huge thank you goes out to the Hastings Public House and the Hastings Golf Course & Event Center.  They generously opened their space for us, and accommodated over 75 members for dinner on the evening of the event!  We would also like to thank Drone City, LLC for the fun drone shots out on the putting green!  It was wonderful to get a shot of everyone on such a gorgeous June evening. 

Here are the event totals:
Our Impact Award Recipient was Thrive in Hastings. They received a grand total of $15,811. Our Above & Beyond Giving Challenge (championed by Carlson Capital Management's Women's Initative)  allowed our other participating charities to win, too! Building Remembrance for Reconciliation received a total of $5,181 and YMCA Camp Spring Lake received a total of $3,086.
