MEMBERSHIP & MY COMMITMENT

What Does Membership & My Commitment Mean?

With a submitted membership commitment form and registration to an event, I am agreeing that the information I provide is accurate and true. I pledge to participate in Power of 100 Hastings Women and make a personal commitment to:

Contribute $100 twice a year ($200 annually) to local non-profit organizations serving the local community, which will be selected by the group's majority vote.
One meeting will be held in April and one in October each year. If unable to attend a meeting, I will either send my check with another attending member to deliver on my behalf or mail to the address provided on my registration documents within 7 days of the meeting date.
Understand that my $100 commitment on meeting night will be combined with other member's $100 for a one-time $10,000 donation to the winning charity that is called an "Impact Award".
I also acknowledge that photographs and videos taken at events and meetings may included my image and may be used in promotional materials for Power of 100 Hastings Women.
I commit to a two-year time frame for membership in Power of 100 Hastings Women, allowing me to continue to watch the impact of the group’s efforts into the future. My membership will remain ongoing and continuous unless terminated by P100 for non-participation at an event or if I choose to opt out/discontinue participation.

Should I wish to discontinue membership after my two year commitment, I will send an email to admin@powerof100hastings.com. Please note, that we are a members-only group at this time. All membership commitments are confirmed. We currently have a waiting list. We will fill open slots from our waiting list in the order in which they are received. Members who do not honor their commitment will be removed from the membership roster.

To Become A Member

Fill out the COMMITMENT FORM via the weblink below. For two years, you commit to two meetings per year and will donate $100 per meeting to the chosen charity.
Payment:

Each member writes their check for $100 to the chosen "Impact Award Winning" non-profit at the event. (You may use cash at the event if you prefer, no credit cards will be accepted.)
After the meeting, checks will be given directly to the charity who is chosen as the "Impact Award Winner". No money passes through Power of 100+ Hastings Women.
If you can't be present at the meeting, you may send your commitment check with a friend or make your check payable to the winning non-profit and mail within 7 days to the address directed.

We currently have a waiting list, however life happens and we know there may be openings from time to time. We will fill open membership slots in the order in which they are received.
